How to correctly understand the concepts of membership (time-based), credit, or benefit card?

Time-Based

Choosing to own a time-based membership (monthly, semi-annual, etc.). The client is identified by the turnstile and can use the gym. With a time-based membership, it is NOT possible to make reservations for group classes (yoga, TRX, etc.).

Credit-Based

Entails loading credit (financial amount) onto one's account, and individual services are subsequently deducted from it. Clients with the credit system can utilize both gym and group class services (yoga, TRX, etc.).
If one wishes to avail of the offered activities, they must ensure an adequate credit balance before making a reservation/entry into the gym. Without sufficient credit (min. 150 CZK), the system will not allow you to make a reservation or enter the center. You will always be promptly informed about all activities on your account through your profile. Notifications about low credit or its expiration will be sent to your registered email.

Multisport

A special benefit card allowing access to the center in a "special mode." Cardholders, like others, must register themselves, and after physical identity verification, the Multisport card will be linked to their account. Once the card is linked to the account, the client can then use gym services. For the option to register for group classes, it is necessary to deposit a RETURNABLE deposit of 150 CZK (online 500 CZK), which will be repeatedly used for the reserved class. In case of attendance, the amount will be automatically refunded to the account; otherwise, it will be used as a cancellation fee for blocking the spot.

Time-Based and Credit-Based

The time-based and credit-based systems can be combined. It is possible to own a time-based membership while also having loaded credit, which can be used for consumable purchases.
