How to proceed when you own a Multisport card:

1. read the rules of the fitness center carefully. Later complaints resulting from violations of the rules will not be taken into account.

3. As of 11/11/2024, it is the duty of every Multisport card owner to present themselves with a valid identity document. In this way, we try to comply with the contractual conditions of the Multisport company and minimize the registration of unauthorized card holders. Random identity verification checks are also carried out in the same way.
   
   
4. Multisport cards will be approved every Monday by prior arrangement.Confirmation of the time when someone from the staff will be available.Send your requests to the email info@body-care.cz and wait for the email confirming the date.
   
   
5. now you will only use the code of your Multisport card to enter the center (door and turnstile)
   
   
6. You will now use only the code from your Multisport card to enter the center
   
   
7. after scanning the card at the turnstile, always wait for the GREEN arrow confirming entry

ATTENTION! if your Multisport card is not yet activated, it is NOT POSSIBLE to add it to your account

According to the rules of Multisport, the card can only be used once a day. If you have already used the card in another device, you will not be allowed to enter.

If you own an MS card and additionally have a top-up credit (recommended), you will be allowed to enter even after the Multisport card has already been used or in the event of a communication failure with the Multisport database.
