1) First Step Before Registration

2) Registration/Account Creation Procedure

• Basic registration is done in the menu under the tab "registration"
• Fill in the fields marked with * (they are mandatory) and save the information
• A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
• Registration is completed and active upon email confirmation

3) Purchase of Membership/Credit

WITHOUT CREDIT OR MEMBERSHIP, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE CENTER

Purchase and payment can be made in two ways:

1. Cash payment by prior arrangement with the staff
2. Online in your profile

>>When making an online payment, enter IMMEDIATE payment at least 2 hours before using the reservation/entry/membership.
The transaction may take a while, and the payment may not be credited on time!! <<
Top up any amount, at least 500,-. Discounts are credited according to the price list.

Detailed Description of Credit Top-Up and Membership Purchase

CREDIT:

• Log in with your details
• In the left part of the screen, click on "top up credit"
• Click to view payment instructions
• A QR code will be generated, which you scan in your banking application
  (or manually copy the details, but beware of frequently making errors in copying the variable symbol, and the payment will not be matched)
• Confirm the payment

MEMBERSHIP:

• Log in with your details
• Select "buy membership"
• Choose the type of membership (image 1)
• Enter the validity period "from when" the membership should be active (image 2)
• Click "pay by transfer" (image 3)
• Choose the payment option using the QR code
• If you change your mind about the membership purchase and do not send the payment, it can be canceled so that it does not appear as an unpaid item in your profile (image 4)

For mobile payment:

• Log in with your details
• Select "credit" or "membership" (depending on what you want to buy)
• Confirm payment (after entering the credit amount or selecting the membership)
• Select payment using the QR code

TIP: If you (on your mobile) take a screenshot of the QR code generated by the reservation system and save it to your photos, then in your banking application, when choosing payment via QR code, you can select "choose from photos" (or files). The application will automatically scan the QR code, and you won't have to manually copy complex payment details, and most importantly, you won't make mistakes.

The minimum amount for topping up credit is 500,- CZK. The validity of the credit from top-up is 6 months and 1 year for a top-up of 3000,- and more. Unused and expired credits CANNOT be refunded or paid retroactively.
