The TRX suspension system develops physical strength and fitness through functional movements and dynamic positions. These are hanging (negum) straps with the possibility of adjusting their length and using their own body weight. In sports and also during daily activities, our body reaches many levels. Exercising on the TRX suspension system allows us to train in these planes. Exercising on TRX will prevent muscle imbalances and unilateral musculoskeletal overload. Muscle mass will grow evenly, which will reduce the risk of injury and increase your performance in ALL sports and activities.
Who is use it?
TRX exercises are used by both complete beginners in sport and elite athletes. However, this does not end its list of uses. At Body Care, we also use TRX for physiotherapy and rehabilitation. TRX is an ideal helper in the first steps of exercise, when a person cannot bear himself, or in case of injury, when our movement is limited. For professionals, TRX poses a huge challenge in developing the complexity of the whole body, thus pushing the boundaries of its performance.

Many people today take back pain as a normal part of a sedentary job. Back pain results from poor posture, which in turn shortens and weakens the muscles along with blocking the intervertebral joints. The Healthy Back exercise is aimed at stretching the shortened muscles of the torso and at the same time strengthening the muscles, which are weak, dysfunctional and do not provide good support for the spinal skeleton. The aim of the exercise is to improve the coordination of muscles in the abdomen and back, ie to involve the so-called deep stabilization system. At the same time, this restores the mobility of the spine. The exercises use elements from Pilates and yoga, which are complemented by special physiotherapeutic elements. Healthy back lessons are led by a certified physiotherapist, who is also available at private lessons.

Circuit training consists of 2-3 series of 8-10 stations, where they train 40-50s with a break of 10-20s to change positions. Strength training exercises (abdomen, arms, legs, back) alternate with aerobic activities (eg skipping rope, rope). Thanks to the alternation of stations and an acceptable length of exercise (max. 1 minute - the time the instructor adapts to the condition of the exercisers) it is possible to keep the given interval at 100%, because at the next station the tired body part will rest and employ other muscles. Thanks to aerobic exercises, your heart rate will be constantly maintained at a level that will ensure improved fitness. At the same time, you will strengthen a wide range of muscles. Circular training is suitable as an additional exercise, for example, for runners, swimmers, cyclists, but also for a general increase in physics and the start of weight loss.

In the lesson, you will warm up, stretch, sweat slightly and strengthen. All this with regard to the degree of pregnancy. The group lesson will take place under the guidance of an experienced trainer

This is a course that is paid for at once. It is therefore not possible to pay a one-time entrance fee or use the Permanentka, Multisport, Active pass or Benefit Plus cards. The circle does not take place during public holidays and school holidays. The minimum number of registered is 4 participants. During the child's circle, 1 escort (parent, grandmother, nanny) has access to the gym for only 50 CZK, do not wander around and exercise as well.
